On September 3, 2019, Monika M. Fiscella of Ellicott City, beloved wife of Santo "Sandy" Fiscella, cherished mother of Paul Fiscella and his wife Dawn, caring grandmother of 2, dear sister of Anita Conti and the late Willie Maas, the late Marianne Biwer and the late Jourgen Maas. Mrs. Fiscella is also survived by her sister-in-law Linda Fiscella Moore.

A memorial mass is being planned for a later date.
