She took me aside at church one day and told me about how my rolling backyard was once the farm she worked as a young woman. She told me all about the christmas star that I loved that used to light the evergreen tree on 99. Tonight our family sent up a fiery Chinese lantern from her farm, another star rising high up on rte 99 to God's new angel Louise.
