| Patrick Thompson, Funeral Assistant Born and raised in Howard County, Patrick Thompson joined the Slack Funeral Home in 2011. Patrick is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing a degree in Mortuary Sciences from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Sciences. Patrick resides in Clarksville and is an active member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Fulton. |
 | Sylvia Norris, Housekeeper Office Phone: 410.465.4400 Fax: 410.750.1478 A lifelong resident of Howard County, Sylvia (Graham) Norris has been a part of our funeral home family since 1987. Sylvia is a a graduate of Howard High School and previously worked as a Maryland State Certified Medication Aide. She has many varied responsibilities at the funeral home, but her primary one is to ensure that our facility is consistently in readiness to provide a comfortable, clean, pleasing home-like atmosphere for the families we serve. Sylvia has served as Chaplain and in various other capacities through the years for the Ellicott City Rebekkah Lodge. In addition to being an avid reader, Sylvia and her husband "Bo" enjoy the company of Sandy, their cat. |
