A lifelong resident of Howard County, Sylvia (Graham) Norris has been a part of our funeral home family since 1987. Sylvia is a a graduate of Howard High School and previously worked as a Maryland State Certified Medication Aide. She has many varied responsibilities at the funeral home, but her primary one is to ensure that our facility is consistently in readiness to provide a comfortable, clean, pleasing home-like atmosphere for the families we serve.
Sylvia has served as Chaplain and in various other capacities through the years for the Ellicott City Rebekkah Lodge. In addition to being an avid reader, Sylvia and her husband "Bo" enjoy the company of Sandy, their cat. |

Born and raised in Howard County, Bo joined our funeral home full time in 1994. Prior to that he worked for more than twenty years at M&M Machine Company in Ellicott City and also at Taylor's Department Store, in downtown Ellicott City. Bo's main responsibilities at the funeral home include the outdoors grounds keeping and ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved for the comfort of the families we serve.
Bo enjoys horse racing and working on small motors and repairing equipment in his spare time, and is known throughout the neighborhood for his willingness to help any one at any time. |

Many families and visitors recognize Bob from his 24 years in the Howard County Police Department and his subsequent 11 years with the Howard County Sheriff's Department. Bob has been with our funeral home since 2005.
A lifelong Howard Countian, Bob is a graduate of Howard High School and is a Charter Member of the Howard High Athletic Hall of Fame. For the past 24 years, he has served as Chairman of the Howard County Special Olympics Annual Golf Tournament, as well as assisting with numerous other charitable causes. Bob and his wife, Ann, live in Ellicott City and have 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren

Annamae (Moore) has lived her entire life in the Ellicott City/Oella/Catonsville area. Born and raised in Oella, she and her husband, Bobby now reside in Catonsville. Annamae previously worked at the Oella Store and Post Office, Leidig's and Fisher's Bakery in Ellicott City. A part of our funeral home since 1991, Annamae serves as evening hostess during visitations. |
